WHO
Studio Orca is a French and English animation studio based in London. With storytelling at the heart of each project, be it commercial, documentary or narrative, we love creating worlds and characters.
The studio was founded by animation directors Nelly Michenaud and Ed Bulmer.
WHAT
We work with 2D, 3D, mixed-media, motion graphics and puppetry - you name it, we love to experiment with different techniques and use what we think is best for the story being told.
Our versatility allows us to be great problem solvers and to tailor the work specifically to the needs of the project. It is also a fantastic way to meet and collaborate with very talented people from all over the world.
HOW
Whatever the project is - first we talk, sketch, and research. Our starting point is to listen and connect with you in order to ground a solid communication and understand exactly what you need.
We have had the pleasure of working with clients such as Netflix, HBO, Disney+, BBC, Sony, Deliveroo, and GQ.
